FishCare AI app information

When you create an app account, we receive your email address and an account identifier. When you use the app, you may add aquarium profiles, fish details, water readings, care schedules, care logs, observations and photos selected from your device or camera. We use this information to authenticate you, sync your aquarium records, provide requested rule-based care guidance, maintain reminders and history, support your account and protect the service.

Photos may be processed to provide requested photo observations when that feature is available. App aquarium records and photos are not used for cross-app advertising or tracking.

App service providers and subscriptions

We use service providers to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication and cloud data, Apple for App Store distribution and purchases, RevenueCat for subscription status, and Google or Apple when you choose social sign-in. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Apple processes purchases. FishCare AI does not receive or store your full payment card details. We receive purchase and subscription status needed to unlock Plus features and restore purchases.

App retention and choices

We keep account and aquarium information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes and protect the service. You can choose whether to add photos, disable notifications in iOS Settings, manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, and request access, correction or deletion of your account and associated data by emailing dev@evetrend.com.

Information you provide

When you use a contact or newsletter form, we may receive your name, email address, message, selected topic and the information you choose to submit. We use it to answer requests, operate subscriptions and prevent spam. Please do not submit medical, financial or other sensitive personal information.

Analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics may collect device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, visited pages, referral information and interaction data. We use aggregated reports to understand traffic and improve guides and tools. Analytics storage is denied until a visitor accepts optional cookies.

Advertising and Google AdSense

FishCare AI may use Google AdSense to serve advertising on eligible content pages. Google and other third-party vendors may place or read cookies in your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers, as a result of ad serving. These technologies may be used to deliver, measure and personalize advertising, prevent fraud and report performance.

Cookies and consent choices

Essential storage may be used for security and to remember privacy choices. Analytics and advertising storage are optional and remain denied until you select “Accept.” You may select “Reject optional cookies” without losing access to site content. You can clear this site’s storage in your browser to reset your choice.

Visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland will be shown consent choices before optional Google storage is enabled. Before personalized ads are activated in those regions, FishCare AI will use a Google-certified consent management platform where required.

Sharing, retention and security

Information may be processed by service providers that help host the site, process forms, deliver newsletters, measure usage or serve ads. We do not sell contact-form messages. Data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution. Traffic is transmitted over HTTPS.

Children’s privacy

FishCare AI is written for a general audience. Pages that explain aquarium tasks to children are intended for use with adult supervision and are not designed to collect personal information from children. Do not submit a child’s personal information through our forms. If we learn that such information was submitted, contact us so it can be removed.

Your choices and requests

• Reject optional cookies in the consent notice.

• Request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by using the contact page.
