These terms apply to the FishCare AI app and website.

Using FishCare AI

You may use FishCare AI for personal aquarium care and education. You are responsible for information you enter, decisions you make, maintaining the security of your account and ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

Educational guidance

FishCare AI provides supportive, informational guidance and does not provide veterinary diagnosis or guarantee outcomes. Water conditions, species needs, equipment and treatments vary. Verify readings and product labels, never exceed manufacturer directions and seek qualified help for urgent or severe problems.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape or attempt unauthorized access to the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Subscriptions

FishCare Plus subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices and available plans appear before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings and restore eligible purchases in the app. Apple’s payment and refund rules apply.

Your content

You retain ownership of aquarium records and photos you provide. You give us limited permission to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the requested service.

Availability, disclaimer and limitation

We may update or discontinue features and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and FishCare AI and EverTrend LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
