In the app, open Profile → Delete account. Confirming deletion removes your account and associated aquarium, fish, water reading, and health records.
If you cannot access the app, email dev@evetrend.com with the subject “FishCare AI account deletion request.” Use the email address linked to your FishCare AI account so we can verify the request. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Deleting your FishCare AI account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play or the Apple App Store. Some records may be retained where legally required, as described in our privacy policy.
